Blacklisted because Vodacom breaks contract!!!

A cellphone with a factory fault (Have video proof of this), was handed in 3 times for repair and or replacement without ANY sort of corrective action. Hours was spent communicating this to Vodacom in person and on the phone, even when video proof was supplied nothing was done. It was then arranged that the contract would be made void as no real service was rendered, but months later the customer was notified that they had been blacklisted due to this. Vodacom 4u was then contacted again due to this and again NO corrective action was taken. PLEASE HELP!!! This has a terrible adverse affect on the customer due to being blacklisted! A lot of airtime was spent to communicate with Vodacom as well money for fuel when they met in person, but absolutely NO assistance was given to the customer to sort out the problem with the faulty phone! They simply deny any responsibility. It seems they are standing ready to take people's hard earned money, but when it comes to them assisting and providing as their paperwork stipulates, they simply just don't care!
