I bought a Blackberry handset September 2012. From the beginning it was difficult to plug in the charger as it was very stiff. When the charger was removed from the phone the whole fitting came out with the charger.
According to the personnel and manager at Vodacom (Highveld Mall branch), it is not a warranty claim.
My question is what cover the 24 month warranty claim? We change the face and back plate and it was done by a Vodacom dealer. Surely this has nothing to do with the warranty, or will this ensure that the charger plug become defect? I need an answer because the personnel at the Vodashop is in no position to classify what is cover under the warranty if they did send it for repairs.
