Vodacare, what a joke!!!

On 23/11/2013, I called 082 111 to see if I could get help logging onto My Vodacom which I have had endless problems with. Have been to the IT section at Cresta 3 times without success.
I spoke to a young lady who logged a call fir mw and asked for an alternative number, and I gave my work phone number. She gave me a reference number.
Needless to say, not a sole has called me back in over 2 weeks. I sent a complaint e-mail and received a response wanting my mobile number.
I replied telling them to refer to the reference number too obtain the mobile number.
No contact from VODACARE at all.
I am disgusted and will port my number to another service provider when my contract renewal comes up next year.
I have been a customer for 15 years.
