So after waiting a week for a phone, the lady at the shop told me: your phone will be here on Friday... than on monday 2013-11-18, sir we have to complete your application form first, Wednesday... still waiting for application to be approved... Thursday... you can come and collect your phone... Friday 2013-11-22... sorry you have to come back we are busy taking stock. Bad customer service!!!
