Poor Service and Still Waiting

Filled in and sent off an application form for a cell c contract on 13th December 2012. Received a confirmation email to say my contract was approved and would get my phone very soon. After waiting a week and repeated phone calls was told I would get it after the Christmas Holiday due to low stock. After the Christmas holiday, again after emails and phone calls am told there was a page missing that had to be signed on the form. The form was signed and faxed through. It is now 18th January 2013, I have no phone to date. Kurt Adams who was handling my application is on holiday. Kgolane Moloto took over the application and now I am advised me to wait for Kurt Adams to come back.
What kind of service delivery is this???
