No phones in stock told me 2 days and still not

On 1/10/2013 i went to upgrate my contract they told me they dont have the blackberry 9720 in stock will have it on wednesday. Wednesday i went in again signed my upgrade contract etc they told me delivery will be thursday. Thursday i went they told me come back friday. Friday morning i went no phones told me Saturday when i phoned them at friday afrernoon they told me can take up to a month why did they not told me that from the start make me like a fool to come back a few times to collect my phone that service is not accepable for me upgrade nr they sms me 8111053
