I initially signed a contract incl of BIS (free for 24 months). after I called in October to load BES and again 2 days later to cancel BES (as it was not working) I noticed that I'm now being charged for BIS. I called 3 times to resolve the issue and am now tired of being promised a call back or being send to accounts or the latest I was send to collections? Please can someone resolve this matter and see to it that I get my BIS (free) as per our initial agreement. My last ref number 319164059.
