After I cancelled my services 4 months ago I found out that I was still being billed R145 per month since July. And it was for several services I was mislead to believe would not cost me anything. I refused delivery of the phone in the very first place, I told them I want it cancelled before I had the phone, they said no problem I must just not sign for the phone, so I didn't. A few days later they phoned to check if everything was OK, I said AGAIN no I want everything cancelled, the 2nd lady told me that's fine AGAIN. 4 Months later I found out I was being broken every month because of this charge. I spoke to online support (TItus), he told me I must just send through my banking details because I should not have been charged. So I spent an hour at the bank and emailed statements, after getting updates for a week from Titus saying Finance is doing something, I speak to someone else (Merlyn) and she tells me they never received the bank statements.12 days after my statements were received (I have proof), I GET CHARGED AGAIN. I NOW HAVE NO MONEY TO EAT. It is blatantly illegal activity and I am going to the National Consumer Commission, R725 from me now, How would you like it?
