My MTN 3G contract expired on the 7th of November 2013 already and I have still not been assisted to cancel same. I have emailed and faxed a letter of confirmation to cancel my contract, but no luck. I went to the MTN at Westgate to cancel my contract (as a month notice should normally be given) and the ladies there told me that I should phone MTN on the 7th of November and they will immediately cancel my contract. I then phoned the Clearwater Mall branch (as this was where I signed up for the contract a year ago) and a guy told me to phone 083 1 808. The number doesn't even ring... I'm completely fed up with the bad service that I am receiving from MTN and I refuse to pay for another month...
