Good day.

I'm really upset on how I have been treated by Mtn in the last 24 hours. I loaded R60 airtime to purchase a one day data bundle. I've loaded data bundles many times before I know how it works. But for some reason my data bundle is not reflecting, but all my airtime deducted. I spoke to Jabu, Themba, Refilwe and Riaaz yesterday at the call centre. Who all gave me codes to enter that I already know. None of their solutions worked. No one took the responsibility that maybe something is wrong with their connectivity. Instead I have been passed from one consultant to another. I don't enjoy phoning the call centre where no assistance is povided. I just want my airtime back, or can they load my data bundle on their side. This Treatment is unacceptable.
