8ta claims I cancelled my contract but I never did

For the passed 2 days I have been unable to connect to the 8ta network, because my SIM has no connectivity. I even tried my boyfriend's 8ta dongle and confirmed it is a SIM problem. I then called 8ta 081 180 and spoke to an agent - who said that the reason is because I cancelled my contract. I was shocked as I have never done this
I would really like this entire matter resolved as I want to continue using my internet - please may you assist and ensure that this never happens again
