SIM Failure!!!

I took out a cellphone contract with "ismart or cellspot" and I'm paying an amount of R490 if not more every month! it's been 3months now and this "Cell C" simcard still won't work! My calls are constantly barred! I'm disgusted that these people can't help me and are constantly giving me different numbers to call... Really disappointed!
