Vodacom

Someone opened a contract with Vodacom using my details. I've sent them an affidavit and ID copy in September 2013 - asking them to please investigate this issue. I followed up with them when I called them to get feedback regarding this case - they told me that they haven't started investigating the issue because they are waiting for someone internally to send them more documents.

Now ITC shows that I've owed Vodacom for about 5 months and this is contributing to my credit record.

Vodacom I need you to PLEASE assist urgently with this matter. No one seems to CARE!!
