I opened a contract with vodacom in August 2011 which i finished paying last year 2013, a few months before i was done paying it, vodacom started calling asking if i want an upgrade and i said no im terminating the contract. I then started receiving texts from vodacom saying that my parcel is being sent to me, when i called to find out what is happening i was told an upgrade was done on my behalf online and the parcel is being sent to an address somewhere in joburg i don't even know. In September last year (which was a month after i was done paying up), vodacom charged me a huge amount which i didn't aunderstand what it was for. I called again and was thrown from one person to the other and they were all saying different things, some said the contract was done by some company which i have forgoten it name and was told i must go to a vodashop they will call that company for me and they said i must write an affidavit. I wrote my affidavit and sent it, and went to vodashop at Empangeni, was helped by a consulted who tried calling the company but she was told she must call the contract department, and they kept hanging up on her. I haven't got any help yet and im being charged
