Horrible service and, bad customer service

Telkom is full of and they do not live up to their promises, we have had dead lines since the 14/111/2012 today its 20/11/2013 and the lines are still not fixed, they promised to dispatch a technician within 24-48 hours, its over 72 hours and NOTHING has been done.
I have been calling them every hour since Monday and i have gotten nowhere.
I am spitting mad as this puts my job on the line and its also very bad for business.
I DEMAND THAT SOMETHING GETS DONE ASAP!!!
