I have a contract with CellC, however this contract details was on my dad's name. For the past few months i have been paying the contract and now finally wanted to put the contract onto my own name to save me the trouble of having to arrange time with my dad to go & get my upgrade as he needs to present.
I made the error of going to another store, where i was barely assisted, from there i went to CanalWalk where I met Tyrone who gave me the best service ever. It took lots of time & he had to go through all sorts of channels to make sure everything is sorted (eg.credit checks, proof of employment etc).i dealt with him daily for almost a week, & i could tell he was sincerely going the extra mile to get things sorted for me as there were some complications at first where at the oher store they just quit.
Not only did he show phenomal support, his colleagues portayed this too, on his off day he ensured they knew the situation so that they could assist me that so that when i came for my upgrade i was kindly assisted by Phillip who very efficiently, helped a great deal.
I would strongly recommend that any1 who isn't with CellC already, join Today! If u are then go to CanalWalk branch
