WASN'T TOLD THAT I NEED TO CANCEL BY ALTECH AUTO

Good day,

I was phoned by a lady, who's name I can't remember, for a contract with Ismart. I told her that I was currently with Altech Autopage. She never asked me for how long my contract still was with them. She also didn't tell me that if I take a contract with you, that I need to cancel the contract with Altech Autopage myself. I was under the impression that Ismart will cancel my contract with Altech, but when I spoke to your customer service now, they told me that I need to cancel the other contract myself. I want to sent the phone that you sent me, back, unopend, but now I have to pay an amount of four hundred and something. They told me that they have sent me an sms to say that I will be liable to pay that amount when I sent the phone bach. I've just check my sms's, and all 3 that I have received do not indicate that I have to pay that amount. I am really disappointed and will never recommend anybody to do bussiness with Ismart. I saw that a lot of customers are unhappy with your service. I was excited, because it looked that as if my contract would have been cheaper with you, but I am very disappointed. They now going to deduct the money tomorrow. Bad service
