Recycled Telephone numbers - Vodacom

I happily purchased a cellphone contract from ISmart thinking this was a GOOD move - I was WRONG...

Turns out these people are RECYCLING telephone numbers to unwary customers, I have had the contract & cellphone for no less than 3 months and keep receiving incessant phone calls for the previous subscriber (who FYI goes by the name of Yvonne Steenkamp!!!) for debt collection & constant sms messages informing 'me' that my Mr. Price account is in 'arrears' and should pay it to avoid 'further action'.!!! Turns out I am NOT Yvonne Steenkamp and also I DO NOT HAVE A MR. Price account!!
Totally unethical in anyone's books and I expect a solution ASAP!
Should no resolution be reached I will without hesitation, CANCEL my debit order from my banking account and oh TRY and take legal action for YOUT mistakes & see what happens...
