Please could I ask that someone from MTN have the decency to phone me with an explanation re: my account and not simply send me a 4 line note. I cannot understand why, when my data has been turned off and I use WiFi that I can still have such a high telephone account. Someone did try and contact me but the person left a message so badly spoken that I was unable to tell what they were saying
