I sent my 3 month old BlackBerry Bold in to Vodacom Customer Services in March 2013 for repairs as all those who called me complained of an echo. Six weeks later the phone was returned to me, only to discover that the top row of buttons on the keypad was not working (it was before the time). I returned the phone to Vodacom and told them to fix the faulty buttons. Another six weeks later I got my phone back - with the original echo!! This is unacceptable. Irrespective of whether it is a Blackberry or Vodacom fault I would like a new phone! I cannot wait ANOTHER six weeks. Every time I have to reconfigure all the settings and this is extremely inconvenient
