I upgraded 26 June. Received the phone a couple of days later. Even though my account runs till the 3rd I was not upgraded only after numerous calls, was I eventually changed to the new packaged- 21 July or thereabouts. Needless to say, I was not given all my free minutes and data as I was only upgraded mid month. I was promised a credit by the 1 August. Then again promised one 48 hours later. Still I have receive no credit. I have left several messages for Kim at Retentions dept to call me. Still no response. One consultant transfers me to the next the last straw was last week Friday when a consultant one again wanted to transfer me and i totally lost it. She did not even bother answering me on the phone. This was at 14h00. I asked her several times to please help me and still no response. I have been promised VIP service for the new contract but have received such bad service it is unbelievable. One consultant even told me that i have to add up all my minutes i have used for the month in question as the system not calculate minutes. I can seriously go on. The call centre is outsourced as per your staff but seriously. Is this an excuse? I want my credit b4 my acc is due
