MTN debted me R175 worth of airtime incorrectly

Since yesterday (30 Jan 2013) I've loaded R90 worth of airtime on 3 different occasions & it all disappeared because apparently I'm logged onto the internet and since this morning I've again loaded R85 worth of airtime. And again it disappeared and again they say it's internet connectivity even though I haven't logged onto the internet and the only app that are running are my Twitter & Whatsapp and they never deduct so much airtime.

Although I think I've called the Customer Care, Technical and HQ, they all tell me the same story. I use an iPhone and this has never happened in the year that I've had the phone, all my other apps are standard with the phone. When I asked them do I have any subscriptions they say no, but my phone still says I'm connected to the internet. When I ask them can they trace which website it's connected to, they claim they can't. But when I tell them that if you can see there's an internet connectivity line open it means you can track which website is open and they claim they can't do that.

Now, I want to be refunded my airtime and I know Whatsapp/Twitter don't charge that much airtime. I am frustrated, I've had it with with their incompetence.
