I purchased a contract through Autopage H/O in Midrand, on the 14/12/12, thought I received good service as the phones were delivered on the 19/12/12. However, when I phoned the consultant, Anesh Dhewnarain, who sold me the contract, to activate my sim cards, I was told that he was on leave and would be back on the 7/1/13. When I called on the 7th I was again told he would only be back on the 8th. I called again on the 8th and he "activated" the simcards. I still could not use the simcards or handsets as the rica status was pending. Phoned again a few days after and only one simcard was activated. I was told that I need to follow the voice prompts on the other sim in order for it to be activated. Two months after I am still sitting with a sim that cannot be used. On the 4/2, I called again to enquire about my billing (which i think i am overcharged), and the sim, and had to speak to so many other people who could not assit me. Spoke to a Simon in collections who has NO customer service skills at all. I received sms's that my complaints were escalated and it stated that someone would call me within 24hrs. It is one week and i still have not received a call. Truly Pathetic service!
