Well this was now the last straw, I work in the retail environment and will fire all vodacom staff for just passing the buck and not taking control, no wonder people like this never get ahead in life cause they don't go the extra mile for there customer, just come to work to go home later.
Phone the call centre and get transferred through every department, each on saying the other will be able to help, but no-one could, all because a Manager/Supervisor i spoke to in the start of this month never phoned me back.
I requested in April this year to change my Data bundle account to a top up account. this was apparently not done as this month you want to charge me 1400 for going over my limit. I WILL NOT PAY A CENT. I DARE YOU TO TRY AND TAKE IT OFF A DEBIT ORDER!!! i was never phoned back after asking to go listen to all my phone calls seeing as they get recorded and check were i spoke to a lady and asked her to change my account to a top up!! well i was never phoned back.

This is some great service really!!! as great as my sarcasm!!! Thanks for making it easy for me to leave vodacom!! been a customer for over 10years, but this means nothing!
