Recieved from repairs in same condition

My BB 9790 was booked in at cresta repair centre on the 31/10/2013. On thursday 14/11/2013 I went to collect it after receiving a message. It was still not in store and had to wait an extra 22 minutes for them to fetch it upstairs (after waiting in a long line {2 people serving}). I take the refurbished unit home and still it has the same problem as previous (constant sos). I drive back to cresta and refuse to have the phone booked in again, and demanded another unit by tomorrow. After a word with assistant manager Vincent he promises to have it available by monday. On monday 18/11/2013 I recieve no news. After 2 calls (left messages) and an email, still no response. I drive back to cresta furious, and unsurprisingly phone still unavailable. Vincent claims he sent an email to head office requesting another phone on thursday at 1:48PM (and is a delay from head office). Another promise for a working phone is made for tuesday 19/11/2013 (tomorrow). After 8 trips to cresta and 19days i await once more.
