Site has been down again for 5 hours.

After a ton of mails and different agents--one agent asks us to try using another pc, and worse still another whether our dsl is working.

Cheap is only good when the service delivers--Don't think their service is meant for businesses!
Time to start looking at alternatives here.

Seems they never have time to try and get to the issues.
