Waiting 25-30 min for response

I recently returned to Afrihost due to the amazing service i received in the past.

I have done the online application and need to clarify some issues, but every time i call the ave waiting time is between 25-30min and gets even worse after hours.

When i was with Afrihost previously i neer used to wait at all.
