Again Afrihost drops the ball. - Your level of incompetence is astonishing.

Made payment for website hosting on Monday at 09:00 - 5 August 2013 - a13287612 and a13287991 with 6 e-mails, 1 fax, 2 phone calls and still they have not connected my services.

Between there accounting staff and the support staff there is no communication. The customer is left without service.
