2 and a 1/2 of trying to move a line

I moved house in November and have been trying to move my Telkom line since October. Every day I speak to another call centre operator who tells me something different about the reason why I do not have my line yet and also promises to escalate the call. I frequently get cutoff and then cannot get back to the same operator. I am told to wait for sms's that never come. I have had 3 order numbers in this time (as each previous order is cancelled due to some problem with it). They update my details with every call but the details never seem to save. I am still paying for my service at my old address which isn't even connected. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. I feel like I will never have a line and should give up with telkom entirely.
