PREPAID VOUCHER AND NO SERVICE DELIVERY

I purchased a prepaid voucher on 14 aug 2013, called telkom to have the voucher loaded as there was something wrong with my line. according to the consultant my account was up to date and everything was supposedly fine. To my surprise a few days later my line wasnt working - no dialing tone. I called again and was told that there is a fault on the line and the technical consultant will have to check it out. Also I was told that my voucher was never loaded. After calling telkom on a daily basis to have the mess sorted out I was told day after day that nothing has still been done and someone will call me.
I have a faulty telkom line, a prepaid voucher that was allocated to a line in durban (although I am in cape town) and I am at my wits end.

PATHETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST AND ULTIMATELY I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING OF JUST HAVING THE LINE DISCONNECTED. TELKOM!!!
