Wrongfully Charged over R3000

I've had my data contract for a couple of years with CellC with no issues. I then decided to migrate to a different contract, called. a Giga 20. It's R189pm for 5gb plus 15gb midnight data. They migrated the contract without issues. However when my debit order went off end of October, it was over R3000, as someone added a 20gig once off bundle for R3070. I called the call centre on the 29th of October and the issue has still not been resolved. They got back to me once saying that they are still looking into it but it's been almost 3 weeks now, and R3000 is a lot if money. On my statement it also states that none of that 20gig has been used as I couldn't access it. This doesn't seem all that difficult to me? Wrongfully billed for data that wasn't even used, so please refund me.
