17 days and 2 sim swops later - still not working

Requested sim swop 1st november. Didnt activate in 15 days and was told sim faulty, so went back to moffat on main this friday to get new sim swop. Today still not registered and doesnt work in s4 either. Customer care spins thie same story that the sim is activated. Somebody or some department needs to be fired as surely a company as big as vodacom can take shorter than 17 days to assist a client. Pathetic service and pathetic business process to handle complaints.
