Congestion means NO SERVICE

Hi there, I am complaining because of the lack of service. Sorry, lack doesn't cut it. I should say, ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. I have an account with IMAGINET. Now imaginet is brilliant, very quick to respond and lovely to ask for help. But telkom is screwing them over. I had opened an account with imaginet 2 years ago, and for about 1 month, my 1mbps line was lovely, until the congestion in my area (Farrarmere, Benoni, 1501 - Homestead by sheridan centre) decided to cut me off. Telkom has still not fixed this issue, it has been 2 years. Imaginet has put my account on hold for 2 years. Now, for f's sake, Please fix this. I don't care what needs to be done, but my line has never worked properly because telkom never fixes it. Just do it. Contact me on [Email Removed] if you need to contact me.
