Great Service Patient Atitude

I've been looking at upgrading my internet line due to getting slow speeds because of noise on the line. Over the past few days I've been chatting to Stuart in tech support.

He was very patient and helpful explaining and going through all my questions in detail helping weigh the pro's cons of the situation. Its so very refreshing to receive service like this from a person and a company.

When I did do the upgrade it it took effect straight away and my internet speed has improved dramatically.
