ISP with a delightful twist

After having an incredibly bad experience with Telkom I switched to Imaginet. The process was fast, hassle free and most of all FUN. This isn't the normal way one would describe call centres but in this case it happens to be true. My service was up and running within minutes. All of the staff I have spoken to so far have a sunny disposition and are eager to help, in some cases fighting the good fight with Telkom FOR it's customers. Other ISP's should take a page from their book.

This is one company that offers all the good and none of the bad and has left me incredibly impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm - a delight to deal with.
