Transaction History miraculously dissapeared

Hallo, News Flash!!!
I have discovered that all my data history of prepaid purchases has been wiped off the system. The Gig purchace at the auto bank, gone wrong, was suppose to carry me through until my 2 gigs will be automatically load onto the system. All of a sudden, some GENIUS has wiped out all my transaction history. The February purchase of 2 gigs a month is no where to see. What the heck is wrong with CELL C?

RISK: There is no guarantee for the client who buys prepaid for a year, that the transaction history is safe, when an interim prepaid upload is made.

Ruth dear, WHAT have you and your colleages DONE with my TRANSACTION HISTORY on this 3G stick on the 8th of November? Someone needs get the boot for this. How is that for King III compliance? Hopefully you will have backups.

I have spoken to the contract department now, to investigate this issue. REF 311501113. It simply means that I will have to buy another prepaid gig, untill this problem has been resolved.
