Still nothing has been done

I put a post up here a while back about being charged for data that I had paid for bundles with. I did receive a response telling me I would be contacted to sort the problem out... with this reference number, REQ:2869188. It has now been over a month with nothing and I have had to pay or have my service cut off. This is unacceptable.
