I spoke to a lady by the name of Maralin Khelawon 3:05pm today

She refused to give me her managers name then puts the call on hold and spoke to her superior which is her manager after saying that her manager was in a meeting.

Her manager is MRS K Reddy.

They have converted my cell number into a contract with out notifying me that all my others services will be cancelled.
All they told me was that I can pay R29 and get R49 air time for 2 years. She now tells me that the cancellation period is 31 days.
