Still no results regarding my broken Black Berry

I reported my first complaint on Monday the 26/08 about my Black berry that is frequently in for repairs. Which was sent in on Monday again. This is now the third time this year.

I then received a call from Vodacom on Tuesday the 27/08 at lunch time to try follow up my problem. I was told they will get back to me and I am still waiting. I can't say that this takes me by surprise as I am getting used to this type of service from Vodacom. Lack of competence, customer care and problem solving should be their slogan.

So what is going to be done with regards to my cell phone problem? I am getting more and more frustrated with this lack of service. Sort it out Vodacom!!!
