Fraudunlent contract opened in my mtn account

MTN deducted about R923.00 instead of R238.00 that i pay everymonth and it was discovered that somebody opened another contract in my name. so i laid a complaint at MTN Fairlands Head Office on the 1st of November 2013 however they advised that it will be sorted with a week and my money will be refunded, even today i am still waiting for responseand they keep telling me they are busy with it. This is unacceptable and they can't tell me what really went on with regards to the contract being approved.
