Vodacom billed me for unauthorised subscription

I have a vodaphone tablet which i only use to access the internet. i have been told that Mira Networks has been billing me R7 a day since October which is amounting to about R200.
I can not access smses on my account and i set up account notifications to my primary cell number on my contract account if my bill exceeds R50.
i want the charge to be reversed because:
1. I did not authorise any subscription on my tablet (via the internet or sms)
2. I do not receive smses on the tablet
3. I have account notifications set up to alert me if the bill exceeds R50. I did not receive this
4. The call center agent also said that i joined this so called subscription in august 2004. But i only signed a contract with vodacom in 2011!!! (i didn't even own a phone in 2004).
