Unauthorized billing!!!

I am an internet subscriber with CELL C. I received a crazy bill the last 2 months and did not understand what was wrong. I went to CELL C and they told me that MIRA was billing me for some subscription fee daily. I have not heard about the company in my life before and did not subscribe to any services or subscriptions. I hardly use my tablet. I want my money back!!! This is and will be reported
