Still waiting feedback on orde

I went online and ordered a cell phone using the Telkom Mobile website. I received an email stating that someone would contact me and a courier would deliver within 5 days. I have also since emailed [Email Removed] and had no response. I made the application on the 31st of October. Please advise if you want my business.
