In July 2013 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1 on contract for R 299.00 per month from Vodacom's call center.

The main reason for me ordering the tablet was to receive work emails while on the road as a travel a lot for work. However with much frustration we were unable to get Vodacom to work on our server. Within around 3 working days of having the tablet and explaining the situation to Vodacom, I had the Tablet collected by a courier company that Vodacom arranged. I received an sms confirming the collection of my Tablet.

I called several times to make sure that all was in order and that Vodacom would cancel my debit order.

No luck! To date you have debited my account for 2 months for R 299.00 = R 598.00. Is this not? I no longer have the tablet and I returned it for a good reason within the time frame you gave us to return it in i.e. 7 days!

I have no luck with your call center and the last person I spoke to named Charles in accounts has no idea of what has happened!

Please sort this out as I am now almost R 600 short in these tough economic times!
