Dropped call, billig query still unresolved!

Just over a week ago I recharged with a 1GB promo data from Vodacom. After doing so i instantly checked my balance and only 250MB visible on my balance. I called in and the call centre host dropped my call, i then spoke to another host who was helpful, and then the manager who assured me it would be resolved... 1 week later still only 250MB showing... No follow up call etc This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced! I myself work in customer service an i know how the customer should be treated and its not like this! Thanks for no help at all Vodacom!
