About 2 months ago I went into the Cavendish Square branch for two things: To switch to Cell C and get a new phone and enquirer about my Cell C dongle. The staff were very helpful and logged a call for my Cell C dongle (USB) for the internet usage. Basically I have a huge challenge with the Internet, sometimes it works and other times it simply does not want to connect, which is extremely frustrating and now happens EVERY SINGLE DAY!! The consultant told me the technician will call me in two weeks, they called me 5 weeks later (disgusting) and simply told me I have to wait for some upgrade in my area at the end of the year and it might help. There is nothing they call do. Seriously CELL C? Seriously? Why didnt you tell me they are experiencing problems before I signed a TWO YEAR contract. I am furious with the poor service. You receive my debit order on time every month, when my contact ends I will NOT renew it NOR am I taking a cell phone contract. Please train your staff to inform customers of the poor after service and really bad network. The technicians can learn a thing or two from the consultants in the store!
