I've upgraded in June 2013 and had a simple request a flash led and a radio. She advised phone had the features. On receipt of the device the phone only ha a radio. 2 months later she send an email advising the flash led can be downloaded. I mean 2 months later after I've taken out another contract. I contacted Tshepiso within 24 hrs and advise her accordingly and she told me to book back the phone and never said anything about a book back charge. Sine June I've been in contacted via emails and only got a response once from her. 4 Monhs later I get a book back charge after I gave business back to Nashua and took out another contract. Pathecically she just reads my emails and no response. She is a true nightmare to deal with. How do you just ignore a customer complaint? I think Tshepiso doesn't understand the meaning of customer service or her superiors are simply not investing in her growth in terms of customer service. I don't even think this complaint will scare her off that's how ignorant and disrespectful she is.
