Hi. I logged a complaint for Nashua Mobile in November, stating that it freezes, is slow, etc. They took it and JUST loaded an older OS version. After I got it back, I had to load a new one myself. (They gave me the exact same phone back).
Since about a month ago, the phone restarts itself. Whether you're working on it or not, it just restarts.
I've sent countless emails to Bianca (who assisted me earlier), but no response.
Nashua Mobile has the following options :
1. Come collect this piece of rubbish phone and give me a BRAND new one (or equal)
2. Or cancel my contract (and collect this phone).
I'm paying at the moment R300 for a phone that's suppose to work, but doesn't.
If this goes on, I will block Nashua Mobile from my Bank, as this is NOT what I signed up for.
