Being charged 11k upfront for a monthly contract

I am now at wits end. I have had it with the useless staff at Nashua Mobile. I send emails and i get a response back from client services a week later. I have upgraded my contract at the end of May, only ever got the phone at the end of June. Got a bill for 11k - i am being charged upfront for the phone as well as being charged monthly for it. I disputed the bill by calling the call centre and the response i get back via voicemail is that i must take it up with the Northgate branch. Why must i do this, i called one place already. That should be the point of contact. They should liaise with everyone else and get back to me. This is utter ridiculous. Also the billing department can never get their billing correct. They need more learned people in this organisation. People that actually listen and do something for the customer. Not rob the customer.
