I opened a new contract with MTN on the 11/10/2013 and since then i have not recieved the airtime/bundels that the deal includes i have went and called the store numerous times and was told they would sort it out for me but even now i still havent heard a word from them notifiying me of when i should expect it... On the 25th though they made it a point to deduct the money of the full package but i as a customer am not happy at all.
